Our Easter HOPE Celebration Giveaway!

One of the things that we can share with our children is the promise of peace from Jesus, no matter what is happening. Between His resurrection and ascension to Heaven, He repeatedly calmed the fears of the disciples with His reminders of peace when He appeared to them:

On the evening of that first day of the week, when the disciples were together, with the doors locked for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!”  John 20:19

A week later his disciples were in the house again, and Thomas was with them. Though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!”  John 20:26 

While they were still talking about this, Jesus himself stood among them and said to them, “Peace be with you.”  Luke 24:36
