  1. Would we be able to use glitter glue instead of the glitter for the crafts we'll be making? I have several colors of glitter glue I usually use for crafts and it's a lot let mess that way. Also, for the hole punch, can it be a shaped hole punch or does it need to be a regular punch? I do scrapbooking and use my leaf punch for many crafts during this part of the year. I haven't had a chance to start reading up on the study yet although I guess I should have so I could possibly answer my own questions but maybe the suggestions could help someone else.

  2. Hi Edwina, A shaped-hole punch should work. You will need a good amount of glitter glue to use for the craft we'll be doing. It's not that it couldn't be done with glitter glue, but that it needs quite a bit of glitter. These crafts are just for the Co-op - they aren't in the Thanksgiving Unit Study.

    1. Hello - good question! The crafts/activities that we'll be sharing this first week of the co-op will work well with one child or as a group project. With my three children, we did these as a group, and it worked well. Hope this helps! Blessings, Amanda B.

  7. Hi! Thank you so much for all the work you put into the co-ops. They are great! This will be our 3rd co-op experience with USAB. I really appreciate the list for a heads-up on supplies however it would be so helpful to know colors & amounts. For instance the list says "spool of thin ribbon" so we might go pick out green to find out that yellow or orange was really a better choice. Or "honey roasted peanuts", since I don't know the amount I might get enough for 2 cups and only need 1 Tablespoon. The intrigue into the surprise projects and treats is great but more info on the list would be ever so helpful to my pocketbook :) Thanks again for all your work!
